2015年3月11日，第18届欧洲设计自动化及测试会议（DATE）在法国格勒诺贝尔召开，高能效计算与应用中心孙广宇老师受邀在会上做特邀报告，题目为“From Device to Architecture: Cross-layer Design Exploration of Racetrack Memory”。
