Prof. Cong Received ASPDAC'15 10-Year Retrospective Most Influential Paper Award

The paper entitled "Thermal-Driven Multilevel Routing for 3-D ICs," co-authored by Prof. Jason Cong and his former PhD student Dr. Yan Zhang is selected as the 10-Year Retrospective Most Influential Paper in the 2015 Asia South-Pacific Design Automation Conference (ASPDAC 2015). The award was presented at the opening ceremony of ASPDAC’15 on Jan. 20, 2015 in Chiba/Tokyo, Japan.

Prof. Cong also received ASP-DAC Most Frequently Cited Author Award.

ASP-DAC 2015 is the twentieth annual international conference on VLSI design automation in Asia and South Pacific region, one of the most active regions of design and fabrication of silicon chips in the world. The conference aims at providing the Asian and South Pacific CAD/DA and Design community with opportunities of presenting recent advances and with forums for future directions in technologies related to Electronic Design Automation (EDA).
