Oct. 9-14, 2011 - Dr. Guangyu Sun attended Embedded Systems Week 2011 and gave three talks.
The paper entitled "An Integrated and Automated Memory Optimization Flow for FPGA Behavioral Synthesis" by Yuxin Wang, Peng Zhang, Prof. Xu Cheng and Prof. Cong was accepted by ASP-DAC'12.
Dr. Tao Wang's project "Architecture Exploration on Computational Reconfigurable Logic Integrated in Processors" was supported by NSFC.
Sep. 7, 2011 - Congratulations to Prof. Yuanyuan Zhou for the paper entitled "GPU and Cloud-based Next Generation Cancer Radiotherapy Treatment Planning" received Healthcare Technology Awards.

Aug. 14, 2011 - CECA co-hosted Pacific-Rim Outlook Forum on IC Technology (PROFIT 2011) in Hohhot.
Prof. Cong was invited to give a keynote speech on "Customized Computing -- Adapting Architecture to Application" at GreenCom 2011 on Aug. 4, 2011.
The paper entitled "Analysis and Mitigation of Lateral Thermal Blockage Effect of Through-Silicon-Via in 3D IC Designs" by Prof. Yuan Xie and his PhD students received ISLPED 2011 Best Paper Award.
Congratulations to Professor Jason Cong and his former Ph.D. student Dr. Eugene Ding (now with Xilinx). They received this year's ACM/IEEE A. Richard Newton Technical Impact Award in Electronic Design Automation...
